the worst but the best' ~ Jan. 28 / Feb. 1
haaaye (: how's it going bloggers? it's finally february! I have 4 valentines this year ❤ Ories , Cathleen , Korey , &&' Meilynn (; loooove dem' niggs 😘 lol okaay . soooo there were some ups and downs to this week . a downer thing is that once again I am on probation ... I'm trying my best too do better soo yeah . I honestly doont like reading but I'm forcing myself too and I didn't really get to take a test because everyone else took the computers so yeah but first come first serve right? yeah okok .
Monday- 1,3&&'5 .
typing: okaay soo in typing all we really do is the usual that I always talk about when I'm talking about typing which is go over rules , policies , new keys , and type . Nothing new ever happens in typing really soo yeah . we also took a test . i got D on it .
science: in science were learning aboout heredity and genes , we watch brain pops on it , we took a quiz on it today .
math: In math we learn aboout' graphs and y-intercepts and stuff like that . we've been on this topic or subject of math for quite a while now , but atleast were learning something .
Tuseday- 2,4&&'6 .
leadership: in leadership we've been preparing for orientation , it's coming along pretty good , hopefully im not on probation for that week . That wouldn't only hurt me but the other leadership people and my period .
english: we were working on the poison tree or whatever poem cause were doing poems this quarter . we had to answer questions and analyze it and then write our own poem but she put that one as extra credit soo I didn't do it cause I couldn't think of anything . lol ok
social studies- were doing immigrants now , thats whuut were focusing on in social studies soo we started watching a movie called "picture bride" . it's about a girl named Riyo and shes going to Hawaii to meet her husband who she knows nothing about just a picture and haiku poem he sent her , so it's like online dating just not online . when she goes to meet him he turns out to be 43 and he just sent an old pic of him . she meets new friends and has to work in the fields which doesn't really work out for her because she's not used to that , but she's trying her best to make money cause she wants to go back to Japan cause she's not happy with Matsuji(the43 year old)
Wednesday- 3,5&&'1 .
science: in science we started learning aboout Mutations which is somewhut like heredity and genes .
math: in math we have gotten out of the graphing stage and now were learning aboout transformations with shapes .
typing: we took a re-test if we got a D or F on the test . My grade went up . I got a C- , not too bad but yeah .
Thursday- 4,6&&'2 .
English: soo we had a sub , his name is mr.pong . He's suuper nice! I wish he was my sub for every class . lol yeah . but whuut we did was analyze the fish poem and then went over it as a class .
social studies: soo we finished the "picture bride" . It's a really good movie! 😍 I mean it . Even though I hate reading , if there was a book boout' it I would read it . There are some sad parts but in the end Riyo and Matsuji fall in love and its just sooo perfect! OMQ!
leadership: in leadership we've been just practicing for orientation like our dances and stuff .
Friday- 5,1&&'3
math: today we had a sub . he was cool and chill . we did a review and worked on re-do work .
typing- all we did was type and go over things . nothing really changes in that class . I have aloott of funny days in that class though .
science: in science were learning aboout adaptation and how animals have different cool adaptations that happened by "accident"
