hello there bloggers. soo this has been an amazing first week/three days of work for leadership. i got too meet my period and find out who im group leaders with. I'm with Kevin. Lol 😂 don't know how this is gonna turn out looking back at how the week went for us but I'm sure we'll do just fine. In my group I have Cheana, Chelsey, Alesia, & Aleesha. They're very great kids and good workers. They listen and help out and get along with each other really well. I feel as if we will have mostly no problems with each other as a group. I'll just say something really short about all of them. First, Cheana. Cheana is my daughter and she's really responsible as far as i can tell and she has a good attitude, she's a little hyper during work but it's okay, we always need a class clown in the group. Next, Chelsey. Chelsey is very quiet and on the side most of the time, but when she needs to help and work she does so. Next, Alesia. Alesia is very smart and helps out a lot, she is always with Cheana and they're always togther talking but they know when it's time to stop and help. Lastly, Aleesha. Aleesha is the loud one. She's not afraid to say what she wants and say how she feels and gives her opinions. I like that very much. Our week started off at just cleaning rooms, changing marquee and getting too know each other. We continued the following day more cleaning and getting the assignment of our cubby name tags. Most of turned it the next day which was great because it was the due date. We were given jobs my period got music, period 2 got banners, and period 6 got tv. Overall this week was a pretty good start to the rest of the year.
the highlight of this week was changing marquee and cleaning tv room. I got marquee with the two Alesia's and Kevin got Tv with Cheana and Jayde. (Jayde is moved to period 6 now) . This was the highlight because I think Kevin and Cheana and Jayde did a good job cleaning tv room. And I think the two Alesia's learned a lot about how to do marquee and what it's all about.
the lowlight of this week was doing music. this was the lowlight because me and Kevin had a really hard time putting in the right plugs. We tried our best too demonstrate everything too our period but we just couldn't get the plugs right. Kevin called Heighlee, Megan, and Errlyn for help. Megan helped somewhat but after a while we just needed to ask mr.ing for help so that we could the job done.
lesson learned about this week is to always ask for help. no matter how much you don't want too look stupid doing it, just ask. it's better to ask than too look stupid making like you know what you're doing when you really don't. big thanks to mr.ing for helping us.
well that's all for this week guys. I hope we all enjoyed this first week of leadership and i hope too we everyone on Monday (:
